The
different versions of the tracking software range from corporation
wide to office wide. We offer systems for complex and simple solutions
alike. There is an Enterprise and Lite version of our tracking software
with an Internet module for the Enterprise version for WAN networks.
There
are 2 full versions for our file tracking software with numerous
features and functionalities that get customized for each customer.
All versions are offered with "concurrent seats."
Enterprise
Version- Full scale Records Management System for managing
the File Room, Archive Center, etc. Enables access across the Enterprise.
The software runs on MySQL. Our File Tracking Software tracks your
hard copy active and inactive records as well as your electronic
records including full blown RFID capabilities.
Lite
Version- A cost effective, entry level solution, with full
functionality of the Enterprise version, available as a hosted solution.
The Lite version is designed to be an affordable solution with little
needed for installation or configuration. Full scale RFID is available
with the lite version of our software.
File
Tracking Software Online Version - Web enabled functionality
utilizing any desktop browser. Offers Enterprise wide functionality,
including searching, requesting, data entry and printing. The hosted
Online version is ideally for the organization that needs to extend
Records information throughout the Enterprise.
